Job Description
The Senior Manager, Onboarding Success is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention after implementation, and supporting portfolio growth by leading operational teams and acting as the voice of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with North American clients to ensure ongoing success post-implementation
- Partner with the Sales team to support portfolio growth
- Oversee teams responsible for operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive long-term client retention
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in fostering strong relationships across a client portfolio and ensuring sustained success post-implementation.
- The candidate must have experience partnering closely with sales teams to support portfolio growth.
- The candidate must have experience overseeing high-performing teams responsible for delivering operational excellence.
- The candidate must have experience acting as the voice of the customer to drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- The candidate must be a seasoned and strategic professional with a proven track record in a senior management role.
- The candidate must have the ability to deliver operational excellence through team leadership.
- The candidate must have experience in managing or supporting client onboarding and success processes.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to support and contribute to long-term client satisfaction and retention strategies.
- The candidate must have experience working within or understanding of utility, energy, or submetering industries (implied by the role's context).
