Job Description
The Senior Manager, Office of the President, will lead the resolution of high-priority customer issues, manage escalation processes, and drive systemic improvements to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Office of the President function in resolving high-priority and complex customer cases
- Act as the escalation point for systemic issues and urgent customer matters
- Own the end-to-end escalation process for customer issues
- Drive cross-functional solutions to address systemic problems
- Report insights to reduce issue recurrence and enhance customer trust
Requirements
- Experience leading the Office of the President function that resolves high-priority, complex customer cases, acting as the escalation point for systemic issues and urgent matters.
- Ownership of the end-to-end escalation process for customer issues.
- Ability to drive cross-functional fixes for systemic issues.
- Ability to report clear insights that reduce recurrence of issues and improve customer trust.
