Job Description
The Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations, is responsible for leading the management and development of cloud ecosystems using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, overseeing a team of technical professionals to ensure IT projects and operational requests align with organizational strategy and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop processes for managing cloud ecosystems in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for delivering IT changes, projects, and operational requests
- Ensure cloud infrastructure aligns with organizational strategy and business needs
- Proactively address opportunities and challenges related to cloud infrastructure and operations
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365
- Experience in developing robust processes and procedures for managing cloud ecosystems
- Strong organizational capabilities to proactively address opportunities and challenges as the business expands
- Experience overseeing a team of technical professionals responsible for delivering IT changes across projects, intake processes, and operational requests
- Ability to ensure alignment of IT operations with organizational strategy and business needs
