Job Description
The role involves managing and improving the company's SaaS applications, device administration, and security practices, while supporting operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced, urban energy startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and maintain Salesforce, construction management, and ERP system features.
- Administer SaaS applications, including access provisioning, license management, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Manage company devices through provisioning, endpoint security, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices via configuration standards and employee guidance.
- Identify and implement improvements to configurations, workflows, and automations to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Operate and improve an internal ticketing system for support requests and routine access changes.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and user enablement materials.
- Monitor operational metrics such as usage, costs, ticket response times, and compliance, and propose improvements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working on business-critical platforms, including Salesforce, ERP systems, or other low-code applications
- At least 1 year of experience administering SaaS applications, IT systems, and endpoint device management in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
- Experience working with ticketing processes, SLAs, and stakeholder communication
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity access, SaaS configuration, and end-user devices
- Familiarity with modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SCIM, and role-based access
- Excellent cross-team communication skills
- Bias toward preventative controls instead of one-off fixes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining work quality and throughput

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $135,000 per year
