Job Description

The Manager, Sales Enablement Canada is a strategic leader responsible for improving and modernizing the sales enablement functions in the Canadian market, managing team members, streamlining processes, and driving growth through data analytics and technology enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the effectiveness, scalability, and modernization of the sales enablement function in the Canadian market.
  • Manage and develop three direct reports to enhance team performance.
  • Streamline agreements and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver data analytics to support strategic decision-making and board reporting.
  • Implement technology and process improvements to modernize systems and workflows.
  • Shape and evolve sales strategies and evaluate product profitability to support growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales management, or a related leadership role with a strategic and hands-on approach to driving sales effectiveness, scalability, and modernization.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of at least three direct reports, providing guidance and oversight to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Experience in streamlining agreements and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in delivering data analytics to inform strategic decisions and board reporting.
  • Experience driving technology and process improvements to modernize systems and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic foresight with operational agility, executing quick wins while shaping long-term transformation.
  • Strong understanding of evolving sales approaches, product profitability evaluation, and market positioning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to support accelerated growth.
  • Experience with or knowledge of the Canadian market is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
