Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with tasks related to utility consumption data, billing, and service issues
Support the onboarding and ongoing support of clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
Identify opportunities for growth and advancement within the client success function
