Job Description
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by promptly addressing inquiries and requests, with opportunities for growth into management roles within the client success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients by responding promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries and requests
- Assist clients with tasks related to utility consumption data, billing, and service issues
- Support the onboarding and ongoing support of clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
- Identify opportunities for growth and advancement within the client success function
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to quickly and thoughtfully respond to client inquiries, requests, and tasks as part of maintaining strong ongoing relationships with clients.
- The candidate must have the ability to grow in the role, with opportunities for advancement into Client Success Management or similar positions.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The candidate must be committed to providing accurate and reliable utility consumption data to building owners and occupants.
- The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service with precision.
