Job Description
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by responding promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries and requests, with opportunities for growth into client success management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to client inquiries, requests, and tasks
- Support client success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and tasks quickly and thoughtfully to maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to grow in the role with the potential to advance to Client Success Management or similar positions.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Be committed to providing accurate and reliable utility consumption data to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team and support a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
