Job Description
The Client Success Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and ensuring client needs are met through effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate across departments to support client-focused solutions.
- Provide excellent client service through proactive communication and facilitation of client requests.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, products, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing strong, positive, business-to-business relationships with a defined portfolio of clients.
- Ability to maintain close client contact, understand the client’s needs and their strategic direction, and collaborate within the company to provide cross departmental support on client-focused solutions.
- Excellent client service skills through proactive communication, facilitation of client requests, and working across departments to resolve inquiries.
- Experience acting as the first point of contact for general inquiries such as billing, products, scheduling, etc., for landlords and property managers.
