Job Description
The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and collaborating across departments to deliver tailored solutions in the submetering and utility billing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with clients.
- Maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate across departments within Metergy to support client-focused solutions.
- Provide excellent client service through proactive communication and facilitation of client requests.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, products, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing strong, positive, business-to-business relationships with a defined portfolio of clients.
- Excellent client service skills through proactive communication, facilitation of client requests, and working across departments to resolve inquiries.
- Ability to maintain close client contact and understand the client’s needs and strategic direction.
- Experience acting as the first point of contact for general inquiries such as billing, products, scheduling, etc., for Landlords and Property Managers.
- Strong collaboration skills within a team environment to provide cross departmental support on client-focused solutions.
