Job Description

The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for residents and clients, including processing bulk bills and remittances, within the billing department of a leading submetering technology company focused on energy reduction and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and clients
Process and verify timely payment of LDC Bulk Bills
Process and verify client remittances accurately
Participate in tasks to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department

Requirements

Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for both the resident and client.
Ensure timely processing and payment of LDC Bulk Bills.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances.
