Job Description
The Spacecraft Deployment Engineer at Loft Orbital is responsible for developing and managing software that ensures the seamless integration and operation of spacecraft components within the company's space platform, supporting end-to-end satellite missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless integration of spacecraft products within the space platform, including Bus, Hub, and payloads.
- Develop and manage software products essential for spacecraft operations.
- Support end-to-end mission deployment, from integration to launch and operation.
Requirements
- Experience developing and managing software products crucial for efficient operations within a space platform, including integration with the Bus, Hub, and Loft-controlled payloads.
- Ability to ensure seamless integration of products within a space platform, encompassing the Bus, Hub, and Loft-controlled payloads.
- Proficiency in developing software for spacecraft deployment and operations.
- Experience working in a team dedicated to spacecraft deployment or related space systems.
- Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively across multiple offices in San Francisco, CA, Golden, CO, and Toulouse, France.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for review and communication purposes.
