Job Description
A remote Recruiter Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles in the space and aerospace industry, supporting fast-paced, high-growth organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, engineering leads, program teams, and People Operations to build candidate pipelines
- Execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Support end-to-end hiring processes for technical and operational roles
Requirements
- Direct experience in the space or aerospace industry
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, program teams, and People Operations to build pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and support end-to-end hiring for technical and operational roles
