A creative and strategic Brand and Content Specialist responsible for developing and managing Orbitworks' online presence, brand voice, and content to showcase the company's work, culture, and mission in the space industry.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content across various platforms to build brand presence
Develop and showcase Orbitworks' narrative, work, people, and culture to target audiences
Own and maintain the company's social media presence and employer branding
Strategically plan and execute initiatives to scale online visibility and engagement
Build and grow the brand's community and online reputation from the ground up
Requirements
Proven track record of scaling an online presence and growing a brand s presence from the ground up.
Experience in content creation, social media management, and employer branding.
Ability to build and communicate a brand narrative that showcases work, people, and culture to candidates, partners, and the broader space community.
Ability to combine strategy with execution in content and brand management.
Self-starter with creativity, resourcefulness, and sharp execution skills.
Experience in creating content that builds communities and inspires people.
