Job Description
A remote Recruiter Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles within the space or aerospace industry, supporting end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to build talent pipelines
- Execute sourcing strategies for technical and operational roles
- Support end-to-end hiring processes for engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles
Requirements
- Direct experience in the space or aerospace industry
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, program teams, and People Operations to build pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and support end-to-end hiring for technical and operational roles
