A creative and strategic Brand and Content Specialist responsible for developing and managing Orbitworks' online presence, content, and brand voice to showcase the company's work, culture, and mission in the space industry.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content across various platforms to build brand presence
Develop and communicate Orbitworks' narrative, showcasing work, people, and culture
Manage social media presence and employer branding efforts
Strategize and execute initiatives to grow and scale online visibility
Build and maintain the brand voice across the ecosystem
Requirements
Proven track record of scaling an online presence and growing a brand's presence from the ground up.
Experience in content creation, social media management, employer branding, and maintaining brand voice across multiple platforms.
Ability to build and showcase a brand narrative, including work, people, and culture, to candidates, partners, and the broader space community.
Ability to combine strategy with execution in content and brand development.
Self-starter with creativity, resourcefulness, and sharp execution skills.
Experience in creating content that builds communities and inspires people.
