Job Description
The Facilities Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the safety, functionality, and infrastructure of multiple office locations, coordinating projects, and ensuring a productive work environment in collaboration with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the facilities and infrastructure of three building locations
- Coordinate facility projects with cross-functional teams
- Proactively maintain equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Ensure the safety of the facilities
Requirements
- Manage and maintain the facilities and associated infrastructure of three building locations to ensure safety and optimal functionality.
- Coordinate facility projects with cross-functional teams including Operations, Security, IT, and Office Management.
- Proactively maintain equipment and systems within the facilities.
