Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator at LevelTen Energy is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate demand, support sales, and promote the company's suite of clean energy solutions, with a focus on strategic positioning and content creation within the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate demand and attract new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic go-to-market plans for multiple products targeting various audiences.
- Gather input from sales teams and customers to refine product messaging and identify new opportunities.
- Create marketing content such as email campaigns, digital advertising, slide decks, one-sheets, and PDFs.
- Manage event participation, including logistics and collaboration with communications teams.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Support sales by creating content to assist customer engagement and sales conversations.
- Conduct competitive and industry research to provide insights for account managers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with experience in renewable energy or sustainability highly desired.
- Knowledge of product marketing best practices, including account-based marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficient with Salesforce and Pardot or alternative CRM and ESP platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Experience developing high-quality, customer-facing content for sales conversations, such as slide decks, one-sheets, and PDFs.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A bias for action and a demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrixed organization.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
