Job Description
A Senior Nuclear Engineer responsible for leading the analytical and design efforts of microreactors, combining technical expertise with innovative thinking to influence the development of scalable, modular nuclear power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive analytical modeling and analysis for microreactor design.
- Influence and make design decisions for nuclear reactor development.
- Provide technical leadership within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience in nuclear engineering with a focus on microreactor design and development
- Ability to drive analytical rigor behind microreactor design through complex modeling
- Proven technical leadership skills in a nuclear engineering environment
- Capability to act as an independent thinker and influence design decisions that shape the future of energy
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or similar setting where deployment is rapid and iterative
