Job Description

This role involves leading the daily operations of a nuclear facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance, while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the nuclear facility ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance
Implement design intent, safety basis requirements, and operating procedures into disciplined operations
Ensure operational readiness of the plant
Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and corporate leadership while maintaining decision-making authority at the site level

Requirements

Experience leading day-to-day operations of a nuclear facility with accountability for safe, reliable, and compliant plant operations
Ability to work on design intent, safety basis requirements, and operating procedures to ensure disciplined operations
Proven track record in ensuring operational readiness of a nuclear plant
Experience driving continuous improvement across safety, reliability, and cost in a nuclear plant environment
Ability to work closely with engineering, maintenance, and corporate leadership while maintaining clear authority and decision-making at the site level
