Job Description
A Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for making high-impact design decisions to develop modular nuclear power plants into scalable, deployable hardware products, working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own high-impact electrical design decisions for modular nuclear power plants
- Collaborate directly with leadership on critical design and integration challenges
- Translate electrical designs from concept to physical implementation
Requirements
- Experience as a hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer capable of owning major design decisions and turning designs into physical reality.
- Ability to work directly with company leadership on critical design and integration challenges.
- Proven experience in designing electrical systems for hardware products that can be built and deployed rapidly.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly from concept to execution in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong skills in electrical engineering design, including working with CAD tools to develop electrical schematics and layouts.
- Experience in developing electrical systems suitable for modular nuclear power plant applications.
- Ability to work in a scrappy, fast-moving environment where designs leave the CAD screen and become physical products.
