Job Description
The Director of Corporate Development at Last Energy is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and projects such as M&A deals, debt offerings, joint ventures, and project finance, working closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and special projects
- Work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, and project finance
- Develop financial models and assess risks to structure favorable terms
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and special projects, including M A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships
- Strong modeling expertise to support finance-oriented projects and ability to identify edge-case risks
- Ability to structure favorable terms for complex financial transactions
- Excellent judgment skills to assess risks and opportunities in high-impact initiatives
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, including CEO, CFO, and VP of Corporate Development
