Job Description
The Senior Associate in Corporate Development will support the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions such as M&A deals, debt offerings, joint ventures, and project finance, utilizing financial modeling and judgment to structure favorable terms and manage risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of strategic transactions and special projects
- Work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, and project finance
- Assist in structuring favorable terms and identifying risks through financial modeling
Requirements
- Experience supporting evaluation and execution of strategic transactions and special projects in a finance-related role
- Experience working on M A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships
- Ability to perform financial modeling and analysis for complex transactions
- Strong judgment skills to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms in financial deals
- Experience working alongside a VP of Corporate Development or in a senior corporate development role
