Job Description

The HVAC Sales and Service Technician role combines hands-on technical work with in-home sales, diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining high-efficiency residential HVAC systems while consulting with customers to provide tailored energy-efficient solutions and supporting the company's mission of whole-home energy integration.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and maintain high-efficiency residential HVAC systems
Consult with customers to assess their needs and present tailored HVAC solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to integrate HVAC systems into whole-home energy solutions

Requirements

Experience in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining high-efficiency residential HVAC systems
Ability to consult with customers, assess their needs, and present tailored HVAC solutions
Willingness to support the company's mission to deliver sustainable, energy-efficient solutions to homeowners
Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to integrate HVAC into whole-home energy systems
