Job Description
The R D Operations Engineer is responsible for leading rapid prototyping and internal manufacturing processes, overseeing the full lifecycle of prototype development from design to final assembly in a fast-paced research and development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rapid prototyping and internal manufacturing processes
- Manage the full lifecycle of prototype development from CAD/CAM to fabrication and assembly
- Apply mechanical engineering principles and advanced machining techniques to develop projects
Requirements
- Experience in leading rapid prototyping and internal manufacturing capabilities within an R D environment
- Hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of prototype development, including CAD, CAM, fabrication, and assembly
- Strong mechanical engineering principles
- Advanced machining expertise
- Manufacturing operations leadership skills
