Job Description
The Licensing Manager is responsible for leading regulatory, licensing, and safety analysis efforts, managing documentation and communication with regulators, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure project compliance and progress licensing milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory, licensing, and safety analysis efforts
- Manage licensing documentation and technical fault studies
- Communicate with regulators and coordinate licensing activities
- Oversee probabilistic safety analysis (PSA) and licensing roadmap progress
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, third-party contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and advance licensing milestones
Requirements
- Experience in leading regulatory, licensing, and safety analysis efforts for energy or related projects
- Ability to act in a project management capacity, managing licensing documentation, technical fault studies, and licensing roadmap progress
- Experience in communicating with regulators and regulatory bodies
- Knowledge of probabilistic safety analysis (PSA) and safety analysis methods
- Experience working with internal technical teams and third-party contractors to ensure project compliance
- Demonstrated ability to drive licensing milestones forward and enable project compliance
