Job Description
The Director of Corporate Development will source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and projects such as M&A deals, financings, joint ventures, and partnerships, working closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and special projects
- Work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, and project finance
- Develop financial models and assess risks to structure favorable terms
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and special projects, including M A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships
- Strong financial modeling expertise to support bespoke finance-oriented projects
- Ability to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms in complex financial transactions
- Demonstrated sharp judgment in structuring and executing high-impact initiatives
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, including CEO, CFO, and VP of Corporate Development, to execute company-defining deals
