Job Description
The Construction Services Manager will oversee site development and construction activities for a pilot test reactor project, managing relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure project progress in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site development activities for the pilot test reactor project
- Act as the single point of contact for construction and site development
- Manage relationships with EPC firms and coordinate vendors
- Provide rapid assessments to ensure project progress
Requirements
- Experience in leading site development activities for construction projects, specifically related to pilot test reactor projects
- Ability to act as the single point of contact for construction and site development activities
- Experience managing relationships with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms
- Experience coordinating vendors involved in construction and site development projects
- Ability to provide rapid assessments to ensure projects stay on track
- Hands-on knowledge of site development and building construction
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment
