Job Description

The Transformation Director will lead initiatives to leverage technology and innovation to drive sustainable energy solutions, improve utility operations, and enhance customer experiences within a rapidly growing energy tech company focused on decarbonization and smart energy management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation initiatives for energy management platforms and systems.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to optimize energy resources and grid management.
  • Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools and customer information systems to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy, technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading transformation projects.
  • The candidate must have experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within the energy or technology sectors.
  • The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • The candidate must have a deep understanding of energy management systems, including Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, and CRM.
  • The candidate must have experience working with AI-driven platforms and advanced technology solutions in energy management.
  • The candidate must have a strong strategic mindset to develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with sustainability and decarbonization goals.
  • The candidate must hold a relevant educational qualification, such as a bachelor’s degree or higher, in engineering, energy management, business administration, or a related field.
  • The candidate must be able to operate in a global environment, with experience working across multiple markets and cultural contexts.
  • The candidate must be able to manage and oversee the optimization of energy resources, including renewable generation and grid intelligence.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within set timelines and budgets.
  • The candidate must be committed to sustainability and the transition to a decarbonized energy future.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-growing, disruptive technology environment and adapt to rapid changes.
