Job Description
The Transformation Director leads initiatives to leverage technology for energy system innovation, focusing on sustainability, grid intelligence, and customer experience enhancement within a fast-growing energy tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation initiatives to leverage technology for sustainable energy solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of energy management platforms, including AI-driven systems.
- Drive innovation in energy optimization, grid intelligence, and customer experience enhancements.
- Manage the integration of new technologies and processes within utility operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy, technology, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in transformation projects.
- The candidate must have proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within the energy or technology sectors.
- The candidate must possess strong skills in strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- The candidate must have a deep understanding of energy management systems, customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- The candidate must have a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects that involve technology integration and operational transformation.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must have a university degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to operate effectively in a global environment, with experience working across multiple markets and cultures.
- The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The candidate must be committed to sustainability and the transition to decarbonized energy systems.
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based, with no requirement for sponsorship.
