Job Description
The Transformation Director leads initiatives to leverage technology for energy system innovation, focusing on sustainable energy solutions, grid intelligence, and customer experience enhancements within a fast-growing energy tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technology transformation initiatives to support sustainable energy systems.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative energy management platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy resources and improve utility operations.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles related to transformation, technology, or energy management.
- The candidate must demonstrate proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within the energy or technology sectors.
- The candidate must possess strong skills in strategic planning and execution for complex technological and organizational transformations.
- The candidate must have experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple markets and regions.
- The candidate must have a deep understanding of energy management systems, customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- The candidate must have a track record of successfully implementing and scaling innovative technology platforms in a utility or energy company environment.
- The candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and guide teams and clients globally.
- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-growing, disruptive technology environment and adapt to rapid change.
- The candidate must have a relevant educational background, such as a degree in engineering, technology, business administration, or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and decarbonization initiatives within the energy industry.
