Job Description
The Technical Program Lead oversees the technical aspects of major client energy transformation projects, managing platform migrations and supporting client adoption of the Kraken energy platform to drive sustainable energy solutions and industry innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program in energy operational transformation
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationships with clients
- Support client adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation
Requirements

- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage the ongoing technical relationship, supporting the client’s adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
- Be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Be well-rounded, comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, and willing to roll up sleeves to address complex problems.
- Be committed to delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency, while guiding senior stakeholders through a journey of change.
- Have the ability to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and reach beyond your remit to support the client when needed.
