Job Description
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic technical relationships with utility and energy clients, driving technical engagement, value realization, and strategic alignment to support the company's mission of creating a sustainable and intelligent energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical relationships with utility and energy clients
- Drive deep technical engagement, value realization, and strategic alignment across accounts
- Serve as a liaison and advocate for clients in day-to-day technical experiences
Requirements
- Lead strategic technical relationships with some of Kraken's largest utility and energy clients, including driving deep technical engagement, value realization, and strategic alignment across accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Partner and Client Engineering teams to support technical account management activities.
- Possess a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and be able to guide clients in technical solutions that drive value realization.
- Have experience in managing or supporting technical relationships within the energy or utility sectors.
- Demonstrate the ability to act as a liaison, advocate, and point of contact for clients regarding technical experience and issues.
- Possess relevant education or experience in technology, energy systems, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
