Job Description
A Solutions Engineer at Kraken is responsible for diagnosing and resolving client queries related to energy management applications, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable, smart energy system.

- Manage and respond to client queries related to the company's applications
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose issues within applications
- Collaborate with development teams to address client requests and issues
Requirements
- The candidate must be responsible for case management of client queries received and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- The candidate must be technically sharp, a continual learner, naturally inquisitive, and people-oriented.
- The candidate must have the ability to answer questions, perform root cause analysis, and marshal requests to the development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.
