The role involves leading the transition and implementation of payroll systems for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring successful parallel runs and go-live, within a technology-driven energy company focused on innovative energy management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of the ANZ payroll vendor ensuring successful parallel runs and go-live by February 1, 2026
- Own the payroll implementation process for Australia and New Zealand
- Manage the critical implementation phase of the payroll system transition
Requirements
- Own the transition of the ANZ payroll vendor ensuring successful parallel runs and go-live by 1st February 2026.
- Have hands-on experience leading payroll system implementations, specifically managing vendor transitions and system go-lives.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a critical, high-impact project within a defined timeline.
- Possess strong project management skills to oversee the entire payroll transition process.
- Have experience with payroll systems relevant to Australia and New Zealand, or similar regional payroll systems.
- Be able to ensure successful parallel runs of payroll systems before go-live.
- Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders during the implementation process.
- Have a thorough understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
- Be a proactive, hands-on professional capable of managing complex implementation tasks.
- Possess the ability to work independently and take ownership of the payroll transition project.
