Job Description
The Software Engineer role involves developing and enhancing the Kraken Utilities platform, which supports energy, water, and broadband industries through innovative, AI-driven solutions for customer experience, resource optimization, and industry-wide problem solving. The position offers hybrid remote work and opportunities to contribute to a global, sustainable technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and re-architect the Kraken software platform for energy, water, and broadband utilities.
- Solve complex industry-wide problems such as customer experience and water leak detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for utility management.
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven features and advanced customer information systems.
- Support the deployment and integration of the platform across global utility clients.
Requirements
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
- Candidates must be willing to work on a hybrid remote basis, coming into the office in Oxford Circus 2 days a week.
