Job Description
A Senior Solution Engineer responsible for diagnosing and resolving client queries related to energy management applications, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries related to the company's applications
- Deep dive into applications to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems
- Coordinate and escalate requests to development teams as needed
- Collaborate with teams to deliver value and solve real-world problems for clients
Requirements
- Experience in performing root cause analysis and diagnosing issues within applications.
- Responsible for case management of client queries received and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to answer questions and marshal requests to the development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.
- Technically sharp with a continual learner mindset, naturally inquisitive, and people-oriented.
