Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the development and strategic direction of the Kraken Flow platform, an end-to-end business process management tool designed to enable both technical and non-technical users to create and manage workflows through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-impact product development for customers
- Shape and define the product area within the team
- Work with the Flow Canvas squad to enable non-technical users to create and manage workflows
- Ensure the user experience of the drag-and-drop process configuration is intuitive for both technical and non-technical users
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role, with the ability to work proactively and ensure high impact for customers.
- Experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with agile tools such as Notion, Asana, Figma, Github, CircleCI, Terraform Enterprise, Sentry, and CloudWatch.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to shape and define product areas that have not previously operated within a traditional product structure.
- Experience working with or enabling non-technical users to configure and transform process knowledge into maintainable workflows, preferably with experience in drag-and-drop workflow builder interfaces.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make the user experience intuitive for both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Flow Canvas squad and other teams.
- Ability to shape and define a new product area within an early-stage product division, with a focus on business process management platforms.
- Experience in developing or managing platforms that involve process configuration, execution, and tracking, ideally with web-based tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-growing technology environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Commitment to inclusive and empathetic work practices, aligning with the company's values of honesty and decency.
