Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the development of Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) capabilities for utility companies, focusing on streamlining large commercial energy contracts and providing a strategic advantage in the global C&I market within a cutting-edge energy management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and strategic direction of the CPQ capabilities for C&I and B2B clients.
- Design a flexible, fast, and robust CPQ product to enable utilities to acquire and retain business customers.
- Own and shape the workflows for generating leads, negotiating, pricing, approving, signing, and activating large commercial energy contracts.
- Own a critical part of Kraken’s B2B ecosystem and influence how global utilities manage multi-million-euro deals.
Requirements
- Experience in leading the development and management of Configure - Price - Quote (CPQ) capabilities for B2B clients, specifically in workflows that power how utilities generate leads, negotiate, price, approve, sign, and activate large commercial energy contracts.
- Ability to design a CPQ product that is flexible, fast, and robust to enable utilities to acquire and retain business customers effectively.
- Deep understanding of the energy industry, particularly in the context of commercial energy contracts and utility operations.
- Proven experience in building high-impact, complex, and strategic product areas within a technology or energy management platform.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to shape how global utilities manage multi-million-euro commercial deals.
- Ability to own and shape a critical part of a B2B ecosystem related to energy management and commercial contracts.
