Job Description
A hands-on Senior Product Manager responsible for growing and improving the Customer Profile product team within Kraken, focusing on creating a seamless end-to-end experience for energy industry clients and enabling foundational capabilities for the company's innovative energy management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and grow the Customer Profile product to enhance client experience
- Create capabilities for a universal model of the end customer and their account
- Help shape and reorganize the product team structure for better focus and clarity
Requirements
- A hands-on Product Manager with experience in growing and managing product teams, specifically within the energy management or related technology sectors.
- Experience in creating and developing capabilities that enable a universal model of the end customer and their account, indicating a need for expertise in customer data modeling and management.
- Proven ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in shaping and influencing organizational structure, particularly in reorganizing teams into subgroups to improve focus and clarity.
- Ability to work effectively with a team of developers and other product managers spread across multiple time zones, including European and APAC regions.
- Demonstrated experience in building or improving customer experience platforms, such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, or AI-driven communications.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, renewable energy optimization, or smart grid technologies is implied, given the industry focus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and to help shape the evolving team structure.
