Requirements
Experience as a Privacy Analyst or in a similar privacy-related role, with the ability to bolster and adapt privacy frameworks within a fast-moving agile organization.
Ability to navigate complex privacy landscapes globally as the organization expands into new territories.
Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Experience helping organizations comply with privacy policies and data protection laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong understanding of privacy frameworks, principles, and best practices relevant to a technology and energy-focused company.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex privacy issues clearly to stakeholders.
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining privacy policies and procedures.
Familiarity with privacy impact assessments and data mapping activities.
Ability to handle sensitive data responsibly and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.
