Job Description
A Senior Privacy Analyst responsible for strengthening the company's privacy framework, navigating complex global privacy regulations, and supporting the organization's expansion into new territories within a fast-paced, innovative energy technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Bolster and maintain the company's privacy framework to support a fast-moving, agile organization.
- Navigate and manage complex global privacy landscapes as the company expands into new territories.
- Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing and navigating complex privacy landscapes globally, especially as the organization expands into new territories.
- Ability to bolster and develop the company's privacy framework to accommodate a fast-moving, agile organization.
- Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience working as a Privacy Analyst or in a similar privacy-focused role, with a demonstrated ability to support privacy compliance efforts.
- Proficiency in managing privacy policies, procedures, and frameworks within a technology or energy-focused organization.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate privacy requirements effectively.
- Ability to adapt privacy strategies to different international legal and regulatory environments.
- Experience working in a technology company focused on creating sustainable energy systems or similar innovative industries is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Commitment to ethical standards, honesty, and empathy in professional conduct.
