Job Description
The Senior Equity Administrator is responsible for managing equity-related processes and ensuring accurate administration of employee stock plans within a technology company focused on sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee equity administration processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to equity plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate equity transactions and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in administering equity or stock plans, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, and other related instruments.
- Proficiency in managing equity administration systems and tools, with demonstrated ability to handle complex data and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing equity transactions and maintaining records.
- Ability to interpret and communicate equity plan provisions and related policies clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably within a global or multinational company.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation in applicable jurisdictions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to equity administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
