Job Description

The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for leading operational transformation projects, designing and delivering cultural change programs, and collaborating with technology and client teams to implement Kraken's energy platform and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on operational model and environment transformation for clients.
  • Design and execute cultural change programs in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful platform deployment.
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers.
  • Deliver coaching, mentorship, workshops, and training to clients.
  • Identify operational needs through analysis and translate findings into actionable programs.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and clients to ensure successful transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading overall projects on operational transformation, including designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver cultural change programmes.
  • Experience in creating plans, timelines, and resource requirements for successful deployment of projects.
  • Proven track record of keeping track of project progress, escalating issues, and resolving blockers when they arise.
  • Experience in coaching and delivering workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Ability to identify needs-based operational analysis and translate this into programmes to deliver to client teams.
  • Willingness to travel as the role involves working with clients in different locations globally.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate the Kraken way of thinking, lead meetings, and drive development strategy within your domain.
  • Ability to build supporting slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid project management and communication.
  • Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change at a pace that can sometimes be slower than expected, including making adjustments to programmes and approaches based on territory-specific needs.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and initiative, able to enjoy self-learning and taking proactive steps without constant supervision.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and deliver projects and client needs.
