Job Description

The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for leading operational transformation projects, designing and delivering cultural change programs, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to facilitate energy industry innovations and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall projects on operating model and cultural change programs for clients
  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver Kraken's cultural transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with technology teams, product managers, and clients to develop and implement cultural programs
  • Design and execute cultural transformation plans, including leadership development and coaching
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers
  • Deliver coaching sessions and workshops for training and leadership development
  • Identify client needs through operational analysis and translate insights into actionable programs
  • Support clients through change management with patience and flexibility

Requirements

  • Experience in leading overall projects on both the operating model (how things are organised and get done) and the operating environment with direct responsibility for coordinating, managing, building, and delivering cultural change programmes alongside clients.
  • Ability to work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams to deliver operational transformation and cultural programmes.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development and coaching.
  • Experience in creating plans, timelines, and resource requirements for successful deployment of projects.
  • Ability to keep track of project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers when they arise.
  • Experience in coaching and delivering workshops for training groups and leadership development.
  • Ability to identify needs-based operational analysis with clients and translate this into programmes to deliver to their teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as the role involves working with clients globally and working dynamically in a fast-growing company.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, being a self-starter, and working directly with clients to deliver results.
  • Commitment to the Kraken way of delivering agile operations based on freedom, autonomy, and trust, alongside a simplified, evolving technology platform.
  • Willingness to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support clients beyond the immediate remit when necessary.
  • Curiosity and initiative, with an eye for detail, enjoyment of self-learning, and willingness to try and see new approaches.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to deliver projects.
  • Effective time management skills, including planning, prioritising tasks, and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate the Kraken way of thinking, lead meetings, and drive development strategy within your domain.
  • Ability to build supporting slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid project communication and planning.
  • Patience and flexibility to support clients through significant change, including explaining concepts repeatedly and adapting programmes to specific needs.
