Job Description
A Senior Client Delivery Lead responsible for managing and prioritizing product roadmaps, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative energy management solutions, and solving complex problems to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and prioritize the operations product roadmap in collaboration with Kraken and client teams.
- Work in partnership with Kraken's technology and operational teams as well as clients to ensure clarity and understanding of the roadmap.
- Identify problems within Kraken's processes and solutions, and refine them to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Bring together technology, people, and processes to develop innovative improvements for clients.
- Manage complex customer journeys involving multiple customer types and end users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in creating, managing, and prioritising an operations product roadmap to ensure clarity and understanding with both the company and client business.
- Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver solutions.
- Deep understanding of how Kraken works, including the ability to identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Proven ability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- Experience dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
- Hands-on experience as a Client Delivery Lead or similar role, capable of working as an individual contributor.
- Strong problem-solving skills to solve complex problems with great products.
- Excellent communication skills to bring all the right people together to deliver the product roadmap.
