Job Description
The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and prioritizing the operational product roadmap, collaborating with internal and client teams to solve complex problems, and driving improvements across multiple customer journeys in a technology-driven energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and prioritize the operations product roadmap in collaboration with Kraken and client teams.
- Work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken and the client to ensure clarity and understanding of the roadmap.
- Identify problems within Kraken's operations, refine solutions, and leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Manage complex customer journeys involving multiple customer types and end users.
- Coordinate with the right stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap effectively.
Requirements
- Experience as a hands-on Senior Client Delivery Lead who can work as an individual contributor and help build capability across the business with Kraken and third parties.
- Ability to create, manage, and prioritize the operations product roadmap to ensure clarity and understanding with both Kraken and client business.
- Proven ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken works, with the ability to identify problems and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Experience dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
- Ability to play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the product roadmap.
