Job Description
A hands-on senior data analytics leader responsible for working directly with clients to develop and enhance their data and analytics capabilities, providing training, strategic advice, and support to ensure successful implementation of Kraken's energy management platform and drive the clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to develop modern data and analytics capabilities
- Train clients on Kraken data and support in building reporting and analytics
- Lead and support analytics teams to advise on building high-performing, business-centric data organizations
- Write queries and solve data challenges to ensure smooth reporting and analytics transition
- Help clients leverage Kraken data to achieve strategic business and clean energy goals
Requirements
- Extensive experience doing analytics on a strong, modern data team such as data analytics, business intelligence, or related field, including roles like analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant, or similar.
- Ability to work directly with clients to develop modern, transformative data and analytics capabilities as part of their broader Kraken transformation.
- Experience training clients on Kraken data and supporting them in building critical reporting and insightful analytics, including sometimes getting hands-on with query writing or demo analytics.
- Experience leading strong analytics teams to advise senior client data leadership on how to build a high-performing, business-centric data organization and leverage data as a strategic asset to unlock ambitious business and clean energy goals.
- Ability to support both directly and indirectly by jumping in and writing queries or solving data challenges, as well as advising or upskilling clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of ensuring clients' reporting and analytics transition to Kraken goes smoothly and that clients build the transformative data capabilities needed to get full value from Kraken data and power business goals.
