Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives for the Kraken Distribution products. • Provide strategic guidance and foster collaboration across sales, delivery, operations, and technology teams to align efforts, drive performance, and deliver on regional objectives. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. • Expand into new markets by demonstrating the value of our AI-driven solutions for the energy industry. • Analyse market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies. • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven 5 years+ experience as an enterprise Sales leadership role, within the energy (ideally distribution), utilities, or technology sectors. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software. • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for new markets and products. • Passion for sustainability, technology, and innovation. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
