Job Description
A Product Delivery Manager responsible for facilitating the adoption, implementation, and launch of KrakenFlow, an innovative business process management platform, by working closely with internal users, addressing roadblocks, and supporting the development of the product within a fast-growing energy technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal users to facilitate adoption of Kraken Flow and address roadblocks
- Collaborate with teams to ensure proper integration of the product where it adds value
- Work on launching KrakenFlow to external clients
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of the product development process
- Engage with internal learning tools to support user onboarding and training
Requirements
- Proactive Product Delivery Manager with experience working with internal users to help them with adoption of a product and to address any roadblocks.
- Experience working on a greenfield project to launch a new product or platform to external clients.
- Ability to work in an agile environment using tools such as Notion, Asana, and Figma to specify and plan work.
- Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Github, CircleCI, and Terraform Enterprise.
- Experience monitoring and measuring performance in production environments using tools such as Sentry and CloudWatch.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with multiple teams to ensure proper integration and value delivery.
- Ability to work with internal learning tools and support user adoption.
- Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external clients during product launch and adoption phases.
- Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks in product deployment and user onboarding.
- Experience in managing end-to-end product delivery processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-growing technology environment with rapid team expansion.
