Job Description

The Operations Implementation Director will lead cultural and operational transformation for energy retailers adopting the Kraken platform, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working to enable more efficient, customer-centric, and sustainable energy operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cultural and operational transformation for energy retailers transitioning to the Kraken platform
  • Support clients through major shifts in operating models and organizational culture
  • Drive adoption of new workflows, mindsets, and service models within client organizations
  • Align people, processes, and behaviors with opportunities unlocked by the platform
  • Engage with executive stakeholders, operational teams, and Kraken experts to facilitate change
  • Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer focus, and sustainability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational restructuring, stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working at scale within complex organisations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide organisations through large-scale change.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence and the ability to lead cultural and operational transformation for energy retailers transitioning to the Kraken platform.
  • Experience supporting energy retailers through major shifts in their operating models and organisational culture.
  • Ability to work closely with executive stakeholders, operational teams, and cross-functional experts to drive adoption of new workflows, mindsets, and service models.
  • Demonstrated success in leading real transformation, challenging legacy thinking, and enabling clients to operate more efficiently, customer-centrically, and sustainably.
  • This role is not technical implementation or training; therefore, technical skills or training experience are not mandatory.
  • Ability to align people, processes, and behaviours with new operational opportunities unlocked by the platform.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills to guide organisations through change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
  • Experience in leading large-scale organisational change initiatives in the energy or related sectors is preferred.
