Job Description
The Senior Service Account Manager - APAC is responsible for managing customer relationships and contractual obligations related to Energy Vault's battery energy storage systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, and overseeing contract performance and billing to support future project business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships for Energy Vault battery energy storage systems in the APAC region.
- Oversee contractual obligations post-project handover, including service ticket and work order management.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, maintenance planning, and billing for non-warranty claims.
- Support vendor interactions and facilitate rapid resolution of service-related issues.
- Report on contract performance, work history, and periodic performance metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to promote future repeat business.
- Manage and report the profit and loss (P&L) status of service contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in managing customer relationships and being the primary point-of-contact for customers owning and operating energy storage systems.
- Ability to own and manage all contractual obligations after project handover, including service ticket and work order management, warranty repairs, maintenance planning, billing for non-warranty claims, vendor support, periodic performance and work history reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in interfacing with numerous individuals, organizations, and companies to ensure rapid resolution of service-related issues.
- Ability to manage and report the profit and loss (P&L) status of service contracts.
